Spitting would seem awfully messy. In my opinion if you can already taste it then why not swallow...once its in your mouth the taste is gonna stay for a while even if you spit.
I've never been in the position to choose, but I have sampled my own product and I'd have to go with swallow.

Just curious, for the people who don't swallow...what if the guy was a heavy precummer, would you not suck it at all or does precum taste diffrent?
